Make 12-15 mini hamburgers from the seasoned meat.
Heat a grill pan and grill the hambugers on both sides until cooked.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
Have 4 plates ready. Divide the spinach, lamb's lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles and hamburgers over the 4 plates.
Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
