Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the chicken into cubes (not too small)
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the honey.
Turn off the heat and stir in ¼ of the coconut.
Pour the butter honey mixture over the chicken.
Spread the chicken fillet cubes on a baking sheet with baking paper
Sprinkle paprika powder and the remaining coconut over the chicken.
Bake the chicken nuggets for 20-25 minutes, until light brown. Turn them halfway, carefully.
