Maybe not super healthy but finger-licking good! This baklava is made from honey, pistachio nuts and walnuts. Of these three ingredients only two are normally used in baklava. Here this recipe, with a twist, goes to show that you still can make a simply gorgeous dessert without refined sugars and pastry.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Very finely chop the pistachio nuts and walnuts.
Mix the nuts, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Spread the mixture, 1/4 inch thick, over the baking parchment.
Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
Divide the coconut yogurt over dessert bowls or glasses and break the cold nut mixture over them.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
