A delicious side dish should you fancy something other than sweet potato or cauliflower rice. Fried banana is really gorgeous. Now I can hear some of you thinking: but banana is sweet? No, not the green ones. These are for savory dishes. A really enjoyable side dish. And if you slice them thin enough they look just like chips!
Slice the bananas with a knife in slices of approximately 1/4 inch.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and put the banana slices into the pan.
Fry for 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Give them a generous sprinkle with sea salt.
