Broccoli (in florets)
Onion (finely chopped.)
Heat a soup pan and add the broccoli, vegetable broth, onion and garlic and slowly bring to the boil (takes about 5 minutes). Turn the heat down and leave the soup to simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir the whipping cream through the soup and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Now add the grated cheese, salt and pepper and stir well until combined.
