Broccoli (in florets)
Boil the broccoli for about 5 minutes and dry thoroughly.
Finely chop the broccoli and put in a bowl.
Crumble the feta above it.
Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings, add them to the broccoli together with all other ingredients.
Mix everything well together.
Form balls with your hands so you then flatten them into a kind of burger.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry on low heat for 5 minutes per side.
