Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook 5 minutes until al dente.
Cut the red onion into thin half rings.
Cut the grapes in half.
Mix the coconut yogurt, water and mustard with a pinch of salt into an even dressing.
Drain the broccoli and rinse off with ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
Mix the broccoli with the carrot, onion and red grapes in a bowl.
Serve the dressing seperately, on the side.
