Ras el Hanout
Finely chop the garlic and onion.
Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and add the onion, garlic and fry until translucent..
Add the ras el hanout and fry for a few minutes. A little later, add the chicken stock and bring to the boil.
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into large pieces.
Add the carrots to the soup and cook for about 15 minutes.
Take the soup from the heat and puree until smooth with an immersion blender.
Season with salt and pepper.
