Orange (the juice)
Cut the banana into large pieces, peel the kiwis and also cut them into pieces.
First put the banana in the blender and add the kiwi a little later. After blending for a while, add the spinach to the blender.
Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into the blender.
Blend to a nice even smoothie.
Do you find the smoothie too thick? Then add some more water.
