Coconut oil (melted)
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the carrots and slice them into thin ribbons with a mandolin.
Mix the carrot in a bowl with coconut oil, nutmeg and a pinch of salt and make sure that everything is covered.
Spread the carrot slices over the baking tray (without touching each other).
Bake them in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes, until dry and crispy. (baking time depends on how thin your carrots are)
