Clean the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise.

Put the carrots in a pan with water and cook them until done. Drain the water when the carrots are cooked.

Squeeze the orange and grate the peel.

Mix the orange juice with half of the zest, the mustard, olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of chili flakes in a bowl.

Divide this mixture over the carrots and mix well.

Garnish with some leftover orange zest and an extra pinch of chili.
