Cut the cauliflower into florets, peel the carrots and cut into pieces.
Heat a pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt.
Cook the cauliflower, carrot and garlic cloves until done.
Drain and allow to lose steam for a while.
Now put all ingredients, including salt and pepper, in a food processor and grind until smooth puree forms.
If necessary, add some water if the puree remains too thick.
