Peel the celeriac and parsnip and cut into large pieces.
Put the parsnip and celeriac in a pan with plenty of water and cook until done.
Drain the vegetables and let them steam for a while.
Put the vegetables together with the coconut oil in a food processor and grind to a fine puree.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
