Mmmm... this chocolate-banana souffle is delicious. You can hardly believe that this is Paleo! With just a few healthy ingredients you can spoil yourself with these souffles. Eat them as a dessert, snack or as the tastiest start of the day: for breakfast. You will enjoy it for sure!
Coconut oil (melted)
Preheat the oven to 400°F and have six ramekin/souffle dishes ready.
Separate the eggs yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until they are stiff and form peaks.
Blend the maple syrup, egg yolks, cacao, coconut oil, banana, vanilla extract and cardamom with a food processor or hand mixer until smooth.
Using a spatula fold in the egg whites until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. They are ready when the centre is firm to the touch.
Serve the ramekins and enjoy!
