Put all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor and mix thoroughly.

Put 1 tablespoon of the dough into a muffin mold and with your fingers form a tart case (bottom and sides). Try to do this as neatly as possible. Repeat until all the dough has been used.

Chop the hazelnuts and divide over the bottom of the tarts.

Slowly bring the coconut milk to the boil.

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the chocolate until melted.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the muffin molds.

Put the tarts in the fridge for approximately 2 hours to set.
