An impressive lunch using grapefruit and orange. The citrus fruit in this salad give it an unusual touch. Because it's nice (and healthy) to vary your meals we suggest you make this recipe for once. If you don't like the bitter taste of the grapefruit, just leave it out. Or add some extra orange.
Smoked chicken breast
Peel the grapefruit and cut out the segments.
Do the same with the orange.
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, the onion in thin half rings and cut the tomatoes in half.
Put the letttuce into a large bowl. Divide the grapefruit and orange segments, the tomato halves, the red onion and finally the chicken breast over the lettuce.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Season with salt and pepper.
