Coconut milk (can)
Celtic sea salt
Mixed nuts (coarsely chopped)
Vanilla bean (the marrow)

Mix coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and seeds from the vanilla bean, lemon juice and salt in a pan.
Heat this on medium heat and stir in agar agar powder with a whisk (keep stirring well until it is completely dissolved).
Stir in half of the chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture into glasses or jars and let it stiffen in the frdige for 2 to 4 hours.
Garnish before serving (possibly) with the rest of the nuts and coconut shavings.
