Cod fish fillet
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Put the ingredients for the pesto in the food processor and season with salt and pepper. Mix into an even pesto.
Chop the macadamia nuts coarsely and mix with the pesto.
Dab the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil in a baking dish and place the cod fillets in the dish.
Divide the nut-pesto mixture over the fillets.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
