You should be able to spoil yourself once in a while. This recipe is especially for chocolate lovers. Hmmm... How about eating the crepes for breakfast or lunch? And with chocolate sauce as well? It's hard to believe that this is Paleo.
Coconut oil (melted)
Put all the ingredients (except the coconut oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. Use the coconut oil to fry the thin crepes in a frying pan.
Put 3 tablespoons of batter into the frying pan. Move around slightly to distribute the batter. Fry on both sides as you would for a pancake.
Blend the honey, warm water, coconut oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder and mix until combined. This will give you a fairly thick sauce which can be thinned down using warm water.
Serve the crepes with the chocolate sauce (and, if liked, fresh fruit).
