Greek yoghurt plain
Roast the coconut flakes light brown. Do the same with the almond flakes.
Mix the yogurt, coconut milk and sweetener (if using). Divide the mixture over 2 bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of almond butter to each of the bowls and stir until the butter has been absorbed. Decorate using the roasted almond flakes, coconut flakes and finish off with a pinch of cinnamon.
Sweeten with low carbohydrate sweetener to taste.
