Cucumber crocodile

Watch out, this treat bites! The cucumber crocodile is not only a hit at any party, but also fun as a treat. I made it with vegetable skewers, but the possibilities are endless.

Heat the coconut oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms.

Meanwhile, peel the back of the cucumber with a peeler to about ¾.

Cut the "tail" of the cucumber into a point. Cut the cut points in half

Make notches in the cucumber at about 1 / 3rd and just before the tail. Put the halves in here.

Make crenated edges in the tail with a knife. Make a notch at the front and also cut ridges at the top and bottom.

Place the mushrooms alternately with the tomatoes on a cocktail stick.

Insert the sticks into the back of the cucumber crocodile.

Pierce holes with a cocktail stick on the places where the eyes are supposed to be, and push in the pieces of carrot. Your cucumber has now been officially turned into a crocodile!
