Peel the outside of the carrot with a vegetable peeler. Discard this.
Then make thin carrot strands with the peeler. Cut it smaller again with a knife.
Cut the apple into slices.
Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
Do not mix the dressing in until you eat the salad.
