Olive oil (mild)
Wash the pears and cut into pieces.
Mash the banana together with some cinnamon. The finer the better to avoid pieces of banana in your pancake.
Add the two eggs and mix well.
Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan.
Pour the mixture (possibly in two times) into the pan and fry the pancake over medium heat. Turn it over after 2 minutes and you're done!
Time to serve. Place the pancakes on a plate, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, raisins and pear pieces. Top with a little cinnamon.
