Crush the cauliflower with a food processor (or with a grater)
Put the almond milk in a pan and put it on high heat.
Add the fine cauliflower to the milk.
Let it boil and let the cauliflower soften. In about 10 minutes I had it nicely cooked.
Chop the walnuts.
Season the cauliflower porridge with honey and cinnamon.
Add the walnuts and raisins. Stir and ready!
Put it in a bowl and garnish with some raisins and walnuts.
