This was the first soup we made in our slow cooker. Immediately a mega-vegetarian success. We immediately wanted a new one after every bite. So very tasty. The strength lies in the various herbs that go into it. Put them all in. They all contribute their own bit to an insane taste explosion. Make a lot. This way you can enjoy it for several days.
