With every BBQ, a basket of baguette is put on the table. This was the case with us years ago. The disadvantage is often that you already eat full, while you have not even tasted anything with that delicious grill taste ... Since our Paleotour we have been focusing on what goes on the BBQ. It often happened that we had no bread at all. To our surprise, our guests did not miss it at all and only found out afterwards. Probably because of everything else they were served. ;) But sometimes we also like to have bread on the table. Nice to dip in a sauce or just to eat so pure. Then this focaccia bread is ideal! Ready and delicious in no time. Serve this delicious Italian flat bread with good olive oil with some sea salt grains and black pepper.
