Grate the zucchini.
Cut the vine tomatoes into pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Combine all that together with arugula and basil.
Make another dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add it and your salad is ready.
