Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mash the banana to a pulp in a mixing bowl.
Break the eggs here and mix well.
Add the coconut.
Finely chop the nuts and seeds and stir.
Chop the dried fruit into small pieces and put this together with the salt and cinnamon in the mixing bowl and stir well.
Put baking paper in a cake tin.
Pour in the mixture here and spread. Press so that there is no more air in it.
Bake this for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and chill for 10 minutes. Then lift it out of the baking tin and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool completely.
Cut into strips and ready!
Garnish with banana slices. The bars have a shelf life of about 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer use.
