"Huh, Ciabatta? You don't eat bread, do you? " Is that what you think now? Okay, let's explain this. We do not eat manufactured bread. Well, sometimes we put in 20% for this when we eat out. We certainly don't eat it at home. When we eat bread at home, we just make it ourselves. Without gluten, without going and without additives. With this ciabatta recipe we found out how simple it can actually be. It was exciting for the first time with only protein. Very surprising how fluffy the bread became. The ingredients have the advantage that they are simple & pure. Plus easy to process through your intestines, so you don't get bloated. How nice feeling is that!
