Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon out the flesh.
Peel the banana and cut it and the pears into pieces.
Place in the blender with the other ingredients (including the water) and blend to a uniform green mass.
Optional: Stijn always likes it with the juice of half a lime. Makes it nice and fresh.
And finished! Depending on how thick you want the smoothie, adjust the amount of water.
