Tikka Masala cauliflower curry

“Making tikka masala curry” was on both my todo cooking list and Stijn's. Well what do you do? Then we make 2 variants. Stijn opted for the chicken variant. Also seen here in CULISLOW. It is up to me to make a delicious vegetarian variant. Stijn (or should I say "a man") still has a strong preference to eat something with meat. So I had to surprise him with the taste of the curry. He likes sauces. ;-) And yes! It worked. He licked the sauce off the plate. Would you like my Tikka Masala Pasta better? I would like to hear which you like best :)
