Heat a pan with coconut oil.
First fry the bacon for 1 minute. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the carrot. Cut it into large pieces. Do the same with the onion and celery. Crush the garlic and remove the skin.
Place the carrot, onion, celery and garlic in the food processor and grind finely. (If you don't have a food processor, you can also cut fine yourself.)
Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the vegetables over medium heat and add the oregano.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add these to the vegetables along with tomato paste, minced meat, bacon and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 45 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the basil and make zucchini spaghetti. (we had removed the skin of the zucchini, so that it almost looks like spaghetti. Also ideal for children. green sometimes does not work)
Check whether the sauce is flavored. Season with salt and pepper.
When the sauce is ready, it is time to serve.
Sprinkle the spaghetti with some good olive oil and serve on the plate. Spoon a good scoop of sauce over it.
Garnish with fresh basil.
