Finely chop the onion, dice the potatoes and halve the sprouts. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
Heat the ghee in a frying pan and cook the onion, sweet potato and sprouts for a moment.
Add the broth and thyme and braise the sweet potatoes and sprouts in 10 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and sprouts roughly and stir in the tomato slices. Heat this through and let the residue fluid evaporate.
Season the hotchpot with salt and pepper.
