Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs and maple syrup together until thick and creamy.
In a separate bowl mix the almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Fold the flour into the egg mixture until it is nice and smooth.
Spoon the mixture into 6 equal heaps on the baking tray. Leave sufficient room between them as they do spread out.
Bake for 15 minutes in the center of the oven.
