Mushrooms (small slices)
Melt the ghee in a soup pan and cook the mushrooms about 10 minutes.
Pour the broth in the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Put the arrowroot in a bowl with a little water and stir it into a paste.
Add the arrowroot to the soup while stirring.
Finish the soup with a dash of coconut or almond milk and season with salt and pepper.
