Coconut milk (can)
Pour the coconut milk into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
Let this stand for a few minutes (possibly you can also prepare it the night before).
Add the nuts and seeds and stir them through.
Optionally, you can add some fruit and/or coconut flakes.
