Celtic sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a ramekin or small souffle dish.
Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and sea salt in a bowl.
Add the egg, olive oil and water and beat with a whisk until a smooth batter.
Pour into the ramekin and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
Take out of the ramekin and cut through the middle.
You can also toast it under the grill.
