Clean and chop the onion and garlic finely.
Clean the fennel bulb and cut into small pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat with some coconut oil.
Add the onion, garlic, fennel and fennel seeds and cook for about 6 minutes, until the fennel is soft.
Then add the minced meat and cook until done.
Add the tomato cubes, tomato puree and the stock and stir well.
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Meanwhile, make zoodles from the zucchini with a spiral cutter.
Heat a wok over medium heat with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Add the zoodles and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the zoodles on the plates and add a generous spoon of fennel meat sauce on each plate.
