White fish fillet
Fresh parsley (finely chopped.)

Mix the olive oil, curry, parsley and oregano together in a small bowl.
Pour this mixture over the fish and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Have an oven dish ready. Halve the pimentos lengthways and take out the seeds and white membrane. Place them in the oven dish.
Divide the broccoli rice over the pimentos.
Cut the white fish fillet into cubes and divide over the pimentos.
Bake the pimentos in the center of the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
