Orange sweet pepper
Cut all vegetables into cubes.
Melt one tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan and stir fry the vegetables until tender.
Season to taste with pepper, salt and possibly, for example, Italian, Provençal or cayun-like herbs (add whatever kind of herbs or spices you like!).
Remove the vegetables from the pan and spread over the plates.
Melt the remaining coconut oil in the pan and fry the sausages until done.
Serve the vegetables with the sausages.
