Clean the onion, cut into quarters and cut the pieces into strips.

Heat olive oil in a soup pan, gently fry the onion for 15 minutes while stirring.


Add a pinch of salt and thyme after 5 minutes.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into large pieces.


Add to the onions and fry for 4 minutes.
