Cut the chicken fillet into thick slices.
Cut the lemons into slices.
Mix almond flour with salt and pepper in a shallow plate.
Bread the chicken fillets in the almond flour.
Melt 2 tablespoons of ghee in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.
Add asparagus to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes.
Also remove these from the pan.
Place the lemon in the pan and leave to simmer for a short while (if necessary, add a little ghee to make sure they do not stick).
Remove the lemons from the pan.
If you want, then this is the moment in which you can make a sauce in the pan by melting some ghee and honey together.
Place the asparagus back in to the pan (in case you have made a sauce then mix it a bit). Put the chicken and the lemon on top of the asparagus.
Optionally, garnish with parsley and serve in the pan.
