Celtic sea salt
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Grease a large ovenproof frying pan with the ghee and heat the pan in the oven.
Beat the eggs with a whisk, then mix in the almond flour, salt, vanilla and maple syrup.
Remove the pan from the oven, pour in the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven (or until the pancake is golden brown).
Remove the pancake from the pan, cut into pieces and serve with honey or syrup.
