Yellow bell pepper
Make the zoodles from the cucumbers and put them in a colander. Sprinkle with salt, hustle them together and set aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile slice the tomatoes in half.
Wash the yellow pepper and slice into thin strips.
Mix the cucumber with the tomatoes, pepper and olives in a bowl.
Squeeze the lemon over the bowl and add the olive oil, oregano and a pinch of pepper. Add the cucumber zoodles to the bowl and and give everything a good hustle.
