Cut the cauliflower into florets and the pineapple into pieces.

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan.

Add the garlic and fry until soft.

Put the drumsticks in the pan and fry them until browned evenly.

Add the cauliflower florets and fry briefly.

Pour the coconut milk into the pan, and add the spices

Heat for about 15 minutes (do not boil) and add the pineapple pieces.
