Place the minced meat, onion, garlic, mushrooms, egg, almond flour, caraway seeds, paprika and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Form balls with your hands, with the size of a pingpong ball.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the balls until they are light brown.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan and add garlic and onion.
Fry until light brown and add the red pimentos.
Fry until it is slightly soft and finally add the tomato.
Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve the balls in the sauce.
