This crustless quiche with smoked salmon is gluten-free, lactose-free and very easy to make. Here I combine it with green asparagus but you can also vary with broccoli, zucchini, fennel, chicory ... or even blanched Brussels sprouts! A nice light dish full of healthy fats and proteins that will leave you feeling satisfied for a long time.
