Lemon (juice and grater)
Fresh coriander (finely chopped.)
Black pepper (freshly ground)
Pour the avocado oil in a large pan and place on a medium-high heat.
Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Fry the chicken legs until browned all over and cooked through. Place on a baking tray and keep warm.
Melt the butter in the pan..
Add the garlic and fry until glazed.
Pour the lemon juice into the pan and stir. Put the chicken back into the pan and baste with the juices. Cook for 1-2 minutes and take off the heat.
Divide the chicken legs over 2 plates and garnish with the chopped coriander before serving.
