10 minutes of vegan raspberry chia jam

Peanut butter and jam, used to be my favorite spreads on bread! Without butter because lubricating twice is not good. For a long time I did not eat bread and now only homemade, the same applies to peanut butter and jam. Recently they are back on our Sunday breakfast table, but then homemade! One from almonds, cashews or hazelnuts and the other from fresh blueberries, blackberries or raspberries. Real power spreads because I always add sweets to it. With jam, I often go for chia seeds, cinnamon, maca powder, coconut blossom sugar and / or vanilla. The taste of this jam is already very tasty, but these ingredients make it really special! Fancy a thick layer of homemade vegan chia jam on your warm sandwich on a Sunday morning? Then I have a very tasty recipe for you. If you prefer blackberries, berries or strawberries, replace the raspberries for the same amount of other berries. Why chia seeds? Chia seed is considered a superfood because the seeds are packed with good nutrients! Due to the large amount of proteins, antioxidants, calcium, iron, potassium, folic acid and omega3 fatty acids, they make every dish even healthier and I therefore use them a lot!
