Yesterday I was really looking forward to rice but had nothing left in the house. What are you doing then? Then you just make this yourself! This may sound strange. Yet this "homemade" rice was very tasty, because I made it from cauliflower. The color is the same, the structure is quite similar and in the photo it could just be sticky rice! So if you want to make a vegetable version of the traditional rice, this is a great recipe to try! Do this once in the afternoon. Because you do not eat real rice (carbohydrates), it is less filling. That makes it a nice lunch. Do you want to eat this cauliflower salad in the evening? No problem! Then add some rice or rice noodles!
